Loving The Land

A 6 month movement group, fostering intimate, embodied relationship with land.

Based on Amerta movement, meditative practices, reflection and creativity.

Your body meets the body of the earth.

Re-Member that we are part of her, part of the land, not separate.

This work is a response to many years of movement with and within landscape, in all weathers, seasons, alone and with colleagues. Inspired by my love of and sense of belonging within the natural world, this is an invitation to return to a sense of reverence, belonging and a more interconnected way of being.
This reconnection offers inspiration, healing and a way forwards in this time of great change and soul-seeking as our species and this planet meet challenges never faced before.
