I'm a yoga and Movement teacher based in the wilds of South West Ireland.

I love to be creative, garden, hang out with my dog and wander the lane-ways, beaches and hillsides of the wonderfully restorative and inspiring landscape of West Cork.
I hope my work can offer you the opportunity to move towards a more empowered and positive experience of life, through connecting with body, mind, heart, spirit and the natural world.
