It is my pleasure to offer you the possibility to explore the treasures of yoga and movement for yourself. I share work that is dear to my heart and has sustained me through the many twists and turns of life. Over my years of teaching it has been wonderful to see so many people being nourished and supported, and experience a better quality of life because of these practices.


I offer classes, one-to-one sessions, workshops, retreats, supervision and training.

Whatever you age, level of ability there is something here for you.

  • Hatha yoga

Asana, meditation, Pranayama (breathing), Yoga Nidra (meditative rest). Focusing on mindful awareness, strength, stability and mobility, as well as developing peace in heart and mind.

  • Womb Yoga:

Fluid, nourishing asana practices, combined with breath explorations, mudras, restorative and yoga nidra, that increase vitality, honour the ups and downs of life, encourage creativity, and bring you home to the cycles and stages of your body and life as a woman.

Somatic, bodily awareness, personal evolution and expression through guided free movement, based on long-term study of Amerta movement, community dance, 5 rhythms and experiential anatomy.

Deeply healing, simple practices to release deeply held tension and soothe the nervous system.

  • Chair yoga

Professional training for yoga teachers and health care professionals, as well as weekly classes.

  • Yoga Nidra

Powerful, transformative guided meditative rest.

  • Yoga therapy

Deep healing and transformation on all levels of being. Yoga Therapy is for people who wish to manifest change and move forwards in their lives whether in body, heart, mind and spirit. Support to manage and ease physical injury and a variety of muscular-skeletal conditions, general health problems, management of pain or long-term illness, give support for emotional issues and life changes.
