I'm a yoga and Movement teacher based in the wilds of South West Ireland.

I've been following my passion for exploring well-being and self-discovery through the body, mind and heart for most of my adult life.

I love to dance, be creative, garden, hang out with my dog and wander the lane-ways, beaches and hillsides of the wonderfully restorative and inspiring landscape of West Cork.

I hope my work can offer you the opportunity to move towards a more empowered and positive experience of life, through connecting with body, mind, heart, spirit and the natural world.

Movement - in nature and in the studio

Classes and workshops  based on 23 years of study, primarily of Amerta movement, as well as experiential anatomy, 5 Rhythms, dance and many other movement forms.

Exploring the possibilities of our own unique way of moving, our way of expressing and communicating and opening to fully experiencing life.

Focus can be on developing personal awareness, as well as working in relationship with others, or with our environment either indoors or in nature.

Yoga and Yoga Therapy

Yoga classes, workshops, trainings and retreats for practitioners of all levels of experience and ability, including professional trainings for experienced practitioners.

All the yoga that i offer draws on the 8 limbs, and is a holistic practice for body, heart and mind.

  • Hatha Yoga (including breath-work and meditation)

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Chair Yoga, for people who cannot use the floor

  • Womb Yoga; Yoga for women's health and well-being through different life stages. Specialist support for Pregnancy, Post-natal and Menopause.

  • Yoga Therapy; for groups or individuals wishing to work with specific conditions of personal challenges

Yoga Therapy

Personalised yoga, movement and self-enquiry to create ease and connection in body, heart and mind, to offer the opportunity for personal transformation and to manage a wide range of health conditions. Years of experience, plus my extensive tool kit of practical techniques are available to support you on a more personal level.
 

  • one-to-one

  • group sessions for support with specific conditions e.g. yoga for cancer patients and survivors, chair yoga for people with limited movement. Group classes can be organised for your organisation on request e.g. back care for office workers, stress management techniques.
