Welcome

I'm a yoga and Movement teacher based in the wilds of South West Ireland.

I've been following my passion for exploring well-being and awareness through the body, mind and heart for the past 26 years by studying many forms of Yoga, Movement and dance, as well as being a massage therapist.  With well over 10.000 hours of teaching experience i am registered with the IYN as a Yoga Elder.

As well as classes, one-to-one work, retreats, trainings and workshops, I'm a student supervisor for the Diploma in Yoga Therapy at Yoga Campus in London,  Yoga Therapy advisor and teacher trainer for the Yoga Mandala Project and a trustee at

An Sanctoir.

I love to be creative, garden, hang out with my dog and wander the lane-ways, beaches and hillsides of the wonderfully restorative and inspiring landscape of West Cork.

I hope my work can offer you the opportunity to move towards a more empowered and positive experience of life, through connecting with body, mind, heart, spirit and the natural world.
