WELCOME

I'm a Yoga and Amerta Movement teacher, and Yoga Therapist, based in the wilds of South West Ireland.

I've been following my passion for exploring well-being and awareness through the body, mind and heart for the past 28 years by studying many forms of Yoga, Movement dance and body work therapies.  With well over 10.000 hours of teaching experience i am registered with the IYN as a Yoga Elder. Presently i am studying an MA in Art Psychotherapy.

I am also an artist, writer and gardener, and love to hang out with my dog and wander the lane-ways, beaches and hillsides of the wonderfully restorative and inspiring landscape of West Cork.

I hope my work can offer you the opportunity to move towards a more empowered and positive experience of life, through connecting with body, mind, heart, spirit and the natural world.
