Support self-reflection, expression and enquiry, well-being, present moment awareness and personal evolution.

Through Yoga, Movement explorations, Breath-work, Meditation and visualisation, Chanting, Art-making, Journalling and Yoga Nidra we will use traditional and contemporary practices to dive into an experiential exploration of the Yoga model of the Koshas (sheaths) of being:

  • Ananmaya Kosha: Physical body 

  • Pranamaya Kosha: Breath and energy body

  • Manomaya Kosha: Mental and emotional body

  • Vijnanamaya Kosha: Intuitive, inner wisdom body

  • Anandamaya Kosha: Bliss body

- 2.5 hours of practice and inquiry with like-minded souls. Sessions are held live on zoom.
- Home practices, journaling or art-making tasks to do at home
- Meditation, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra recordings to support your journey.


Anyone with an interest in the process of enquiry and self-awareness, whilst being part of a like-minded community (Sangha) to support you on your journey.

It is useful, although not essential to have previous experience of Yoga, meditation or similar practices to support you on your journey.
In undertaking this course you are committing to a process of self-enquiry, home practices and journalling for the 6 weeks.
