Journey Through The Koshas

5 week course diving deeper into each of the koshas.

Support self-reflection, well-being, consciousness, present moment awareness and personal evolution.

Through Yoga, Movement explorations, Breath-work, Meditation and visualisation, chanting, art-making, journaling and Yoga Nidra we will use traditional and contemporary practices to dive into and experiential exploration of the Yoga model of the Koshas (sheaths) of being:

  • Ananmaya Kosha: Physical body 

  • Pranamaya Kosha: Breath and energy body

  • Manomaya Kosha: Mental and emotional body

  • Vijnanamaya Kosha: Intuitive, inner wisdom body

  • Anandamaya Kosha: Bliss body


























Your weekly experience includes:

  • 2.5 hours of practice and inquiry with like-minded souls.

  • Journaling tasks

  • Meditation, Pranayama or Yoga Nidra recordings to support your journey.


Who is it for?

Anyone with an interest in deepening their self-awareness and understanding.

It is useful to have previous experience of Yoga, meditation or similar practices to support you on your journey.

Tier one: 180 euros

Tier two: 150 euros

Tier three: 120 euros

Pay the rate you can afford. Paying the tier one rate means you are gifting 30 euros to another person to attend the course.
