TESTIMONIALS

"I’m delighted I was able to do the training with you. I learned so much and I feel the training is invaluable. Already it has supported me to be a more considerate teacher and to look at each person as an individual. It's just opened to door for more learning in this area. Thank you for your guidance, kindness, support and your wealth of knowledge." Clare, Cork yoga teacher

‘‘I cannot recommend Claire’s chair yoga training highly enough. I was very impressed with Claire’s deep knowledge of yoga asanas and philosophy and how she delivered the two day training. I found her calmness very soothing and her teaching methods very motivating. The Yoga Nidra was just the icing on the cake .... fabulous !” Sara, Cork yoga teacher

"I have a deeper understanding of the koshas and how it weaves its way throughout our whole being. Thank you for that. I have learned so much about thinking outside the box in regards to asanas. I have a deeper understanding of the challenges for various people and how as a yoga teacher we remain fluid, respectful and cognisant of peoples mental and physical being. There is something for everyone. People we restricted mobility can do yoga, they don’t have to give up." Clare, Dublin yoga teacher

"I think this course has deepened my understanding of yoga. I have been on a journey with yoga for so many years and each time I look at the yoga models I gain new understanding and insights. I think this course helped me see again how yoga really is for everybody." Helena, Kerry yoga teacher

‘’I had the pleasure of training with Claire. She has an amazing and profound presence. I'm delighted I could take part in her first Chair Yoga training ....  in July 2018. It was not what I expected, I learned so much more than I thought I would, especially on a spiritual and deep connection of myself. I can recommend this course to everybody as it would be beneficial for all.’’ Trish, yoga teacher
